How does the affiliate program work?

The affiliate program handles the affiliate accounts by tracking which affiliates have referred visitors to the website, and rewards them with a specific commission based on what the referred visitor did on the website (purchases, sign ups, etc).

Affiliates use the affiliate referral link/URL to promote current website or products. Specific affiliates are tracked because their IDs or usernames are appended to their URL, therefore the system can track which affiliate link brought a customer to your website. If the customer successfully completes a conversion (i.e. a sale, or a form submission), a referral will be generated and the affiliate will be awarded a commission.

What are the commission rates?

Our affiliates enjoy a generous 50% commission on every sale made through their unique affiliate link. This applies to both our Journal and membership sales, as they are our primary offerings. We believe in rewarding our affiliates well for their efforts in promoting our transformative products.

How and when are commissions paid?

We offer two convenient payment methods for our affiliates: Stripe and e-transfer (available to those in regions supporting this method). Commissions are calculated at the end of each month and paid out shortly thereafter, ensuring you receive your earnings in a timely manner. This process allows us to accurately account for any adjustments such as refunds or cancellations that may occur.

Are there any restrictions on how I can promote the products?

We expect our affiliates to follow standard online advertising guidelines, promoting our products ethically and responsibly. This includes not engaging in spamming, unsolicited emails, or any deceptive practices that could harm the reputation of both our brand and yours. Regarding affiliate link disclosure, we advise all our affiliates to comply with legal requirements, which typically mandate transparent disclosure of affiliate links to inform audiences that you may earn a commission on purchases made through these links. This transparency fosters trust with your audience and adheres to advertising standards enforced by many regulatory bodies worldwide.

Can I promote products outside of my country?

Yes, we welcome and encourage global promotion of our products. Currently, our materials, including the Journal and membership content, are only available in English. However, we are open to reaching a global audience and would not restrict purchases from any specific country. Should there be significant demand for our products in other languages, we are certainly open to exploring translation options to accommodate our diverse and growing community.

How do I track my sales and earnings?

Our affiliate program includes access to a personalized dashboard where you can monitor the performance of your affiliate links in real-time. This dashboard provides detailed insights into clicks, sales, and commissions earned through your unique link. You have the flexibility to filter this data over different time frames, enabling you to track your success and refine your promotional strategies effectively. The dashboard is updated regularly, ensuring you have the latest information at your fingertips.

What marketing materials do you provide?

Currently, we offer three different sized logos available for your use in the 'Creatives' section under the 'Marketing' tab in your affiliate dashboard. These logos can be used on your website, social media, and other marketing channels to help you promote our products effectively. We are in the process of developing a comprehensive suite of marketing materials, including banner ads, email templates, and social media posts. Our goal is to support your promotional efforts fully and provide you with a variety of creative resources. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our selection of affiliate marketing tools.

What happens if a customer returns a product or requests a refund?

While we currently do not offer refunds as a standard policy, we understand that special circumstances may arise. In such rare cases where a refund is granted, the affiliate commission associated with that sale will not be earned. Should a commission have already been paid out before a refund is processed, affiliates will not be required to return their commission. We aim to handle such instances with fairness and transparency, ensuring minimal impact on our affiliates.
